Classes + Rates

Barre Intensive:

This hour long athletic based, ballet inspired class will challenge you on many levels.  Light weights, tubing, resistance bands and bender balls may be utilized to sculpt and tone stabilizing and postural muscles.  Cardiovascular segments may be added to further increase the burn!  This class is medium-high level in intensity, but modifications will be provided for all fitness levels.

What to Expect:

A highly focused body-moulding workout that works towards developing balanced muscle definition, sculpted arms, thighs, glutes and strong abdominals. This non-’impact’ class also targets the assistor muscles, which act as stabilizers and play a crucial role in preventing injury.

What to Bring:

Barre is best performed in bare feet or toe soxs (barre or pilates socks). Mats and all other equipment provided. Water bottle recommended. Hand towels are available.

    Punch Pass (10): $200

    Private (1 hr): $80
